WORK OBJECTIVE

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services

Supports the creation of marketing collateral, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content

Contributes to the management of social media channels including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers

Conducts market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights
-
Assists in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and online advertising

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives

Monitors and reports on the performance of marketing activities using relevant metrics and analytics tools

Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics

Attends trade shows and marketing events
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Previous internship or relevant work experience in marketing is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services via online marketing

Knowledge of print design and production

Knowledge of web languages such as Wordpress

Skill in technical and creative photography

Skill in the use of various social media marketing technologies, platforms, and
practices to deliver an exceptional online consumer experience

Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, and
PowerPoint) and Adobe software

Ability to work both on PC and Mac

Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
with those contacted in the course of work

Ability to organize work for timely completion

Ability to follow complex oral and written instructions

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Depending on functional area of assignment, tasks involve the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or work station and extended periods of time standing and/or walking.
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Tasks are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, fumes and/or poor ventilation, wetness, humidity, rain, temperature and noise extremes, machinery and/or moving vehicles, vibrations, electric currents, animals/wildlife, toxic/poisonous agents, gases or chemicals, oils and other cutting fluids, violence and/or disease, or pathogenic substances.
SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Some tasks require manual dexterity, in addition to visual and hearing acuity. Some tasks may involve identifying and distinguishing colors.
